REID, Craig 1961

Craig’s parents were Angelina Hunter and John Reid. When Craig and brother John were very young his mother took the boys to Malta. Whilst in Malta the boys were given over to the Church and they were brought up in a Home run by Nuns on the Island. A very tough beginning for two young boys. They remained there until they were old enough to be sent to School.

Craig as he likes to be known is the 2nd Great Grandson of Augusto Quilietti and Francesca Arpino.

When the boys were 13 they returned to Edinburgh where they lived with their aunty Joyce and Uncle John Mackay.

 “Moving on a few years, I married a girl called Heather Lloyd and we had 1 child. That was Glenn Reid. After my first divorce I met Davina Lee and we had a girl called Kelly Lee.

Then I married for the second time to Annette Doran and we had Kyle Reid.

After a turmoil life I met and married Amy Hickling and we had our son Archie Reid. He is now about to turn 14. Such a handsome lad. My marriage ended with Amy and I now concentrate on work and Archie.

This is a photograph of Jock Reid, who was Craig’s grandfather on the Reid side. So more Motorbikes in the family as you can see. He was a postman in Ormiston, East Lothian.
